Well i am a little slow but i am "special"! sup fellas!! I really only know Merc, Splat, Dogvomit and Skum *Sniff sniff* . Oops almost forgot Drake (silly me). I am currently in the T|F Clan, any former members of 8th are welcome in the vent. We also have our own BC BF2 server. I am not playing any games at the moment due to video card issues.

Thanks to all the old 8th and Ed who joined the forum.

Basic idea is peace to all ex-8th ...let bygones be bygones,forget the bad as face it maybe we were all a little stupid and forgive and forget.

Lots of shit things happen in real life.Never forget that.

If you cannot forgive the bad then what kind of person are you.
Anyway the 8th did have some great times and was many guys first clan.

Funny.. been trying to remember how many guys...must be close to 100 joined and left the 8th.

i know it wasn't my first but definately the only one i can remember enjoying...every clan ive ever joined since i've never felt like i belonged. nothing beats those nights i spent at home with my dogs barking histaricly at passer bys while i sat glued to my pc talking to Dor and Splat and Titty. not to mention the clan battles those were epic, we were so good!

So after googling 8thid after remembering old times I found this site. Maybe a couple of yall remember me, I played a bit of spearhead as well as CoD1/UO for a couple years with the 8th. I aliased anywhere from steve to snipersteve to ironsteve, etc. I recognize Merk, silent, plex and splat still, probably forgotten a ton of people from back in the day though. Seems so long ago now but I guess it has been about seven years since I first joined the 8th (I remember making a forum thread about Sadaam being captured so it was a while ago). It was my first clan but certainly not the last, I essentially became a huge nerd and quasi-pro CoD2 player for a couple years. Grim (I think you were a little after my time) if you still play in PotW I pub in there occasionally when I'm bored under either morrison or nard_dog depending on the day, maybe I'll see you around some time.

Not too much happening in my world, I grew up (first joined the 8th when I was 13) and went on to school. I'll be attending Marine OCS next summer for 10 weeks and be commissioned as a lieutenant following my graduation from college then probably head out to Afghanistan after The Basic School for some real FPS action. Pretty excited. I'll start checking back here every now and then, nice to see some of yall are still around. If anyone keeps in touch with Dork or Max give them my best, some of my best times ever playing games were my sniper battles against Dork in CoD. Take it easy fellas

Im great over here at Fort Campbell, KY being an US Army MP is awesome... been to Iraq once so far, came back June 11, 2010 kinda looking forward to going to Afganistan...

I dont play the PC anymore other then WoW sometimes... mainly play xbox games and shit... Got Married aswell... Grats Splat glad to see you healthy and sorry to hear about the no drinking you fought a good fight Drunk... lol

sorry let me reword that... im not really looking forward to going to Afganistan but im excited about a different thing and yes that thing has people shooting at me and trying everything they can to blow me up but I guess thats why I joined the military for the excitement, believe me going to another country and dealing with 130 degrees with blowing sand in summer and then snow in winter isnt my cup of tea but i guess its got to be done...
